Flaming Jake on my Z06 Hood

Description: If you see me at Carlisle, please say hello! I had a local artist (Jim Remick) paint Jake on my Z06 hood in "real flame". The background is of roughly the same size and shape of the ZR1 hood "window" and was sprayed in silver pearl. Depending on the light the color goes from almost black to light silver. As you can see it is trimmed in orange. The ideas were mine, but the art and colors are all Jim.

Description: I was driving my car Saturday and lost the air pressure in the driver's rear tire. I took it today to have it replaced as I could see a slice in the tread. It is a 5" scissors blade, which made a heck of a racket as I was driving back home. Don't know if it was put there intentionally or just bad luck. The good news is that your EMT F1 Eagle Supercar tire comes with a hazard warranty and it was prorated to less than $200 out the door...which is way better than the list of over $400 plus mounting/balancing/tax etc. Hmmm was it put there by an envious Mustang driver?

Description: I took pictures of both this C2 and the ZR1 Hero Edition today at Summit Racing Equipment headquarters in Akron Ohio which is near my home. They are both breathtaking. The pictures are a bit dark, but you will get the idea.
